I will never finish marveling enough to observe, on clean nights, the sky and, always try to glimpse the Milky Way (or at least the axis of it).
Almost 2 billion stars make it up and that considering that it is not a large galaxy (Andromeda cone that is estimated at more than a trillion stars) with clear/dark. Dark due to the cosmic dust that does not let the light pass absorbing everything that is behind (from our position) and giving it that beautiful appearance.
In the image, we can clearly distinguish the two clouds of Magellan (in the lower right part of the image) visible only from the southern hemisphere and, meeting point in the sky for all that person who lives in the northern hemisphere and travels, in his life, to the southern hemisphere.
The best shows in the universe are simply looking up.
