ARP 159 colission

The universe is not a still picture, it is a gravity ballet. In this ballet everyone dances in the deformation of the fabric of space / time in a geometry that we still do not know.

An example we have in the image, where the galaxy ARP 159 better known as the NGC 4725 located about 41 million light years from here are beginning their little dance.

The ARP 159 has that name because of its strange form since there are a catalog of “peculiar” galaxies Where we try to classify these by their form (which in this case is due to the gravitational attraction of the galaxy against which it is going to collide) for future studies.

A curious paper that I recommend to read, even if it is by simple curiosity, although you do not have curiosity in it.
